Via Negativa  approach in  agile

A waterfall practitioner and an ardent fan who got pulled in to SM role may not be an agile champion with training and certifications but the strong foundations and values will certainly help in bringing the agility

Take via negativa  approach to the beliefs apply PDCA to a task, encourage team to try and verify.
