Libertarian Paternalism:

Libertarian is free to choose, paternalistic is the legitimate for choice architects to steer team’s choice in direction that will improve the outcome. The paternalistic policies we favor aim to influence choices in a way that will make choosers better off, as judge by the choosers themselves. This kind of paternalism of means, not of ends; those policies help people reach their own preferred destination.

Libertarian Paternalism is Soft, relatively week, non intrusive type of paternalism because, choices are not blocked, fenced off or burdened.

The choice architects are not to track, or follow or implement teams anticipated choices but move people in direction that will make outcomes better -----Nudge
