Teleological approach vs. empirical approach

We are progressing from agile to agile frameworks to framework agnostic. The leaders who still continue to ignore the power of teams and squads due to their “unique internal challenges” (confirmation bias!![i]), yes you may be right but please do not ignore agile.

Those, who are still exploring the right frame works for better value; try and apply PDCA and be framework agnostic.  

Framework agnostics and thought leaders. You may want to balance teleological vs empirical approaches while defining enterprise agility for value and incremental gains for teams
